Regional Test

We want to congratulate our four students who went to the most recent Regional Test.

All of them passed and are now preparing to test for their next degree of Black Belt!

We are looking forward to seeing all of them test before Master Lawrence in November at the Black Belt Test Extraveganza!

River Heights Parade

We've had a lot of fun participating in parades this year. This picture is from our River Heights Parade. It was a hot day yet we had 23 students come to help us make it a great event!

We'd like to thank our students for their willingness to help out, and a big Thank You! to their parents who bring them.

A special thanks goes out to a karate mom who had the foresight to bring water for everyone to drink after the parade. Thank You Nan!

Ban Bu Test

We had a great Ban Bu Test last month and 5 of our Juniors advanced to their next level of excellence.

For those who don't know, the Ban Bu and Black Belt level tests are more rigorous than other belt test. It includes, running, push-ups, crunches, pull-ups, and more! So to have made it this far is a great achievement.
